Kelly Aluise takes her business seriously. But that doesn't mean it can't be fun. She approaches it a lot like she did her previous career in the entertainment industry. "You do what you love, you work really, really hard and you have fun," Kelly says.
Trained in ballet at Juilliard, and also a tap and jazz dancer, Kelly performed with the New York City Ballet and at Radio City Music Hall. She went on to act and did over 45 national network commercials. (You may have seen Kelly jazz dancing as Barbie, captured by motion sensors in Barbie's 'Think Pink' campaign!) She also acted in "a ton of soaps" and in theatre, which was her main focus and passion when she moved to California in 1990. But that's not all. Kelly has movie credits, too, as writer, producer, director and star of "The Griffith Witch Project," a spoof of "The Blair Witch Project," which was featured on Entertainment Tonight and then sold to TriMark Pictures.
Taking a little time out to be a mom, Kelly found work in commercial real estate, bought a house and suddenly saw a new direction for her energy and enthusiasm. "I thought it would be a wonderful way to spend time, helping people buy and sell homes," she says, "and I was right."
Her real estate expertise extends across the hills, from Westwood to the San Fernando Valley, and her clients find that Kelly is not only willing to do "just about anything" to help them with their purchase, sale or move, but has also turned into a friend for life. Hard working, loyal and upbeat, Kelly knows the right moves to assure that her clients' goals are met, with a minimum of stress and plenty of fun along the way.
"I take care of my clients so they all feel like movie stars," Kelly says.
